Our Work Flow
Wizard Tech Support follow a systematic flow, right from Requirement specifications phase, Software Design, Implementation, Testing, Release, and Maintenance.
The process starts with requirements gathered from the end-user by consultation. These requirements are analyzed for their validity and the possibility of incorporating the requirements in the system is studied.
Later, system design is prepared, specifying hardware and system requirements. On receiving system design documents, the work is modularized and actual coding is started.
These units are integrated into a complete system during Integration phase and tested to check if all modules/units coordinate among each other and the system as a whole behaves as per the business specifications and works effectively as a single unit.
